Hypocrisy by no other name: Newt!

Romney has been labelled by Tea Party-ers as a hypocrite, citing his changes in position: on health care, abortion, gun rights, gay rights, and just about any issue that's been around for more than ten years, but honestly, even Romney can't compete with Gingrich.

Whenever he can, Newt attacks Barney Frank for his connection to Fanny and Freddie.  It now comes out that after Newt left Congress (admonished by it for lying), he became a lobbyist (oops, consultant), offering his services to Franny and Freddie to build bridges of love between it and the Republican Congress.  His job, to write a proposal to bring conservatives into the fold of F&F.  The pay--close to $1,800,000.  In the last debate, he said he received the fee for giving advice as an historian.   Wow--he should borrow Rick Perry's boots--he's really in it.  Hope Perry has a pair of hip waders.
