Issue 2 (repeal of collective bargaining) in Ohio is defeated!

Hooray--Issue 2 has been defeated in Ohio.  Ohio's Republican governor tried to repeat what happened in Wisconsin--denying collective bargaining rights to public employees, and today his efforts are defeated.  Good for Ohio and, I hope, good for the country.  Wish I had some champagne to open!
