Totally Mad!

And I'm not referring to Jared Loughner!  The state of Arizona is still trying to bring Jared Loughner to trial for the shootings in Arizona by force feeding him anti-psychotic pills.  Just yesterday, the Arizona state psychiatrist informed the courts that Loughner is still not ready to stand trial.  The poor man is mad and was not responsible for his actions and never will be responsible no matter how many pills they feed him. Yes, it's horrible what he did, but he was sick. No doubt there's plenty of blame to go around, not least to those who knew Loughner had problems and didn't act. But the primary blame accrues to a society that promotes the ownership of guns. We will never learn!
